Short Bio
I obtained a Bachelor in Mathematics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2011-2017) and a Bachelor in Music Composition from the Real Conservatorio Superior de Música de Madrid (2011-2019).
After working in Sopra Steria as Java developper (2018), I moved to Paris and obtained a Master’s Degree in Fundamental Mathematics from Sorbonne Université (2018-2019). I obtained another Master’s Degree, this one in Acoustics, Signal Processing and Computer Science applied to Music (ATIAM) from Sorbonne Université in collaboration with the IRCAM (2019-2020).
Then, I started a PhD in the STMS Lab and taught courses in Computer Science at Sorbonne Université (2020-2023). I continued as a Temporary Assistant Professor (ATER) (2023-2024).
Now, I am an Associate Professor at EPITA and I conduct my research with EPITA Research Laboratory, within the Image Processing and Pattern Recognition team.

Research interests
My research is pluridisciplinar and covers several reasearch ares from Mathematics, Computation, Signal Processing and Music.
I did my PhD on the use of mathematical morphology to analyse and generate time-frequency representations of music.
Alonside,
- I developped a mathematical morphology Python library for GPU computing and Machine Learning
- I proposed a model of music scores as Abstract Syntactic Trees
- I developped an algorithm for Rhythm Transcription
- I developped the webpage of the Society for Mathematics and Computation in Music
